Studio Policies
1. Booking & Attendance
1.1 All classes must be booked and prepaid in advance through our platform as we may direct from time to time. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full.
1.2 Please arrive prior to the scheduled start time of your class to allow time to set up.
1.3 Grip socks may be required for certain class formats, as determined by Studio Eleven Collective Inc. from time to time (available for purchase at the studio).
1.4 All clients must check in at the front desk or kiosk before class. Failure to check in may be recorded as a no-show.
1.5 Late Arrival Policy: Once a class has begun, the studio door will be closed and late arrivals will not be admitted. Clients who are not admitted will be considered a no-show, and the applicable no-show policy, including any applicable fees or loss of class credit, will apply.
1.6 Advance Booking Window: Classes may be booked up to seven (7) days in advance of the day and time of the class.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
2.1 You may cancel a booked class at any time directly through your account.
2.2 Cancellations made at least eight (8) hours before the scheduled start time of a class are free of charge.
2.3 Cancellations made less than eight (8) hours before the scheduled start time will result in a late cancellation fee of $20.00, and no-shows will result in a no-show fee of $25.00, in each case plus applicable HST, or the loss of the class credit used for the booking, as applicable. You authorize us to charge any such fee directly to the credit card or other payment method on file in your account, without further notice to you.
3. Membership Policies
3.1 Auto-Renewal
All memberships renew automatically each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with this policy and Section 8 (Cancellation and Refund Policy) of our Terms & Conditions. You may cancel at any time through your account or by providing written notice to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing cycle, you will not be charged for any subsequent cycle, and there is no termination fee.
3.2 Grandfathered Pricing
Active members keep their original rate, even if prices increase. Cancelling or downgrading ends this benefit; rejoining is at then-current rates.
3.3 Freezes
Up to TWO (2) freezes per calendar year, maximum of FOUR (4) weeks each. Requests must be emailed at least SEVEN (7) days before the next billing date. If dates aren’t provided, the default freeze is FOUR (4) weeks.
3.4 Billing Cycles
Membership credits do not roll over and must be used within the applicable billing month. Unless otherwise specified, memberships and class packages activate on the date of purchase, except pre-sale memberships and packages, which will instead activate on August 31, 2026, the date Studio Eleven Collective Inc. opens for business.
3.5 Membership Changes
There is no fee to cancel your membership. Upgrades are allowed at any time. Downgrades or upgrades require two (2) full billing cycles before another change may be made. Any change to your membership will automatically end grandfathered pricing (if any).
4. Studio Cancellation
Classes may be cancelled at our sole discretion. We will use our best efforts to notify clients at least TWO (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Classes may also be cancelled due to weather, power outages, or emergencies. Credits will be returned or classes rescheduled. Clients must keep platform notifications active at all times, in order to receive updates.
5. Age Requirements
Minimum age: 16. Ages 16–17 require a parent/guardian signature. Ages 18+ may sign independently. Children/minors may not remain in the studio during classes.
